Alternative fuels are being made and used around the world.

Scotia should be using these fuels in our vehicles as well.
Brilyn has plans to build local independant refineries for Biofuel,
Ethanol and Butanol across the province that can be expanded over time.
The plans include details on how this can be done without causing
job
loss or requiring major start up capital.
The refineries will be powered by alternative energy power stations
using a combination of windmills and solar panels and can then be grid
tied to existing NS Power systems.
