Astrovan To Hydro Van
Brilyn's continued
research on ways to reduce emissions has led a Hydrogen/ Gas Hybrid
Conversion System that is being installed in a 1996 Astro van.
This unique system uses a hydrogen "gas on demand" electrolysis process using a little electricity from the battery to separate water into a gas called HHO (2 Hydrogen + 1 Oxygen).
HHO is also known as Brown's
Gas
or Hydroxy. HHO burns beautifully, provides tons of energy and
when injected into an engine helps to burn the petroleum gas more
efficiently which can increase fuel mileage up to 20-35%.
Combine this technology together with the other gas saving
technologies included in the full kit, such as a gas line heater, a pvc
enhancer and more, they can produce a fuel mileage increase to almost
100%, in other words... Double Your Fuel Mileage.
The "Brown's Gas" you are producing turns back into water, so there are
no harmful chemicals emitted from this system. By burning the
petroleum gas more efficiently you are using less gas, which is a
dramatic reduction in emissions.
Since more of the gas is burned you remove carbon deposits and prevent
carbon build up, which means you will now have a clean engine. A
clean engine, means longer life for your pistons, valves, rings and
bearings.
A cleaner smoother, cooler operating engine will help to boost the
overall power of your vehicle. Now you can enjoy your vehicle for
a much longer time with a whole lot less maintenance than ever before.

It is said that Brown's Gas can provide the atomic power of Hydrogen while maintaining the chemical stability of water. Because this system creates "hydrogen on demand" it is only creating the hydrogen when you have the power on. When the power is off, the hydrogen production is halted. By creating hydrogen gas this way, we have eliminated the safety concerns one would have when storing hydrogen gas in high pressure tanks |

There are many examples of this process already in use.
Here is just
one example. There are already hundreds of semi trailer trucks,
powered partly by hydrogen are already travelling along North American
highways. These 18 wheelers actually make hydrogen as they
travel. |

Golf The prototype installed in the Volkswagen Golf is working very well and gas mileage has increased as expected. The immediate findings were a reduction in the idling noise and the fact that a very lighter touch to gas pedal was all that was needed to start from a stopped position. |

Astro Van Supreme The Astro van project is being modified and we will be performing a full retrovit on the van by installing a smallblock 350 engine, and a full hydrogen hybrid fuel injection system. Paint It Up... with Waterborne Paints With the astro van being converted to a cleaner running
machine, it
only makes sense that we pretty it up. But this caused some
concern
about what kind of paint we would use. Afterall, there is no
point in
cleaning up our emissions and then dumping toxic paints on the same
vehicle. |
