Brilyn's Strategy To End The Recession
One day we are told to get ready for a long recession, next day we are
told don't worry, Canada won't suffer for as long as the rest of the
world.
Well, Brilyn has done the research again and we know for a
fact the recession is part of a a Government Agenda to continue to bail
out the toxic industries using tax dollars so they can protect their
own bad investments in these companies.
It is a smoke and mirrors game to keep the public poor while they build their Equilibrium castles.
There is money in green and it is waiting for anyone who wants to
get involved. Here is Brilyn's plan to end this recession.
Step 1. Implement the Carbon Tax
Implement the carbon tax immediately. Stefan Dion was right about
this one topic.
Yes, this is a 16 billion tax grab as they call it and
it should be allocated to a tax/grant fund and it should be there
completely for anyone getting involved in carbon offset and emission reduction.
You
should be able to get reimbursed for reducing your carbon
emissions. The Conservatives used the Carbon Tax to destroy
Stefan
Dion, and he, not having the knowledge to implement a proper grant
system for the tax allowed the Conservatives to make it look bad and
wipe it out.
The Carbon Tax process could be as easy as this. Instead of
paying $150 for someone to blow smoke out our walls and windows showing
where air leakage is in your house, the tax should be applied
to gas, oil, heating and power bills.
If you
build or install something in your home that reduces these bills it is proof of your emission reductions and you
are entitled to a reduction on your bills.
Stefan if you are out there and still have an interest in getting the Liberals elected, the Liberals in
Brilyn's 2 kw power station is solution for your home
that is a great way to get started. This solution let's you start small
with minimal investment, and gives you the ability to add to it over
time. Each month you save money you use that money to improve your
power station.
Your bills are the only proof you need at the end of the month. You
don't need a clown with
a college degree to tell you how to fix a hole in your house. Any
homeowner with a brain can tell where the drafts are coming from.
This
whole bungled assessment process is nothing more than delays created by
the government to waste money pretending they are doing something and
a way for them to get
past the alloted time for rebates before too many people apply for them.
The rebates can also be made available to those who reduce their
emissions in transportation, by providing receipts for emission
reduction work done on
automobiles. Brilyn has currently installed a hydrogen on demand system and this system has proven to already better our fuel mileage.
For example, If it costs $10,000 to convert an
automobile the owner should get a $3500 rebate on that instead of
getting $3500 for
turning in an old car and using it to buy another gas powered one.
This is a Global Challenge to Reduce
Emissions and
anybody can do it and anybody should have the right to look at their
own emissions and determine the best way for them to reduce their
carbon footprint.
Step 2. Bailouts to Automotive Sector Should Be Used for Green Car Conversions
GM, Ford and Chrysler and all dealerships should recall gas cars and
retrofit them to electric hybrid or hydrogen kits with the bail out
money.
Brilyn has designed a Simplified Hybrid Technology
that easily converts a rear wheel drive vehicle to an electric drive
system. We have noticed that someone is watching cause we are starting
to see similar electric drive technologies coming out by some manufacturers.
Auto worker unions should be looking after employees and
working to adapt the buildings to manufacture cars this way and while
their at it they could be replacing toxic fluids and oils with clean
fluids and oils that are readily available.
E-nova Systems, Ballard Industries, even Chrysler has a line of
electric vehicles. Now as you know Chrysler is threatening to
pull out of Canada unless employees take lower incomes while they
continue pushing out gas powered cars in Canada.
Chrysler and other manufacturers are only
looking after their toxic empire here in this place where we continue to use fossil fuels, even though we know there is a
young crew in Chrysler building electric vehicles.
Our great next
door neighbors taking advantage of us and looking after themselves while dumping toxic waste on
Canada. They should be offering a full electric conversions to
anyone who bought a vehicle from them.
The dealerships in this
province should be offering conversions to their customers to make up
for the bad products they have sold over the last 15 years. They
should be saying come in and get a free conversion, we owe you.
It is the least a company can do when they know they have screwed up.
Step 3. Housing Industry Needs to get Honest and Needs to Move Over to Non Toxic Building Supplies
It now costs more to build a house than the house is actually
worth. Builders are getting rich, young people are signing up big
mortgages. Interest rates need to be increased to a reasonable 7
percent and the housing market has to fall thirty percent to get back
on track.
For example, a house that is really only worth
$90,000 is being sold at the overinflated price of $189,000. The
banks waive their 3% interest rate at the young people making $10-$15
an hour and make them believe they can afford to buy it. Who is
going to be there for them when the housing market drops and their
$189,000 home is only worth $100,000.
The people responsible for
lowering interest rates and pushing over inflation in the housing market
just to
pay for their bad economics need to stop. To the young, we can
only hope you don't fall for it. Don't buy these homes. To these people
trying to destroy the
future for our kids cause you squandered your money, take the hit and
go bankrupt or pay it back yourself.
Home renovators need to rethink and need to start building homes that
meet True Equilibrium standards by following guidelines like
Leeds. When you buy products to renovate you should be buying
them from responsible companies who produce non toxic products such as
Roxul insulation instead of the toxic pink insulation.
By purchasing non toxic products you support and invest in companies
that can really help to change the shape of the future.
These
products also need to be promoted by non profit government
organizations. Our Canadian Government even founded EcoLogo in 1988
which is now North America’s largest, most respected environmental
standard and certification mark, and lists hundreds of environmentally
friendly products from manufacturers around the country, yet here in
Nova Scotia, the government funded Green Programs like Clean Nova
Scotia,
don't even know this program exists. In fact, we recently did a search
on their website for the words eco logo and nothing is found.
These organizations need to become educated on the real solutions
available from around the world, not just what the agenda
dictates. Then they need to be a strong source of promotion of
these solutions to builders and
developers, and perhaps then we can get the grants
to include products like solar and solar hot water and small clean
power systems.
If you are willing to invest in your property,
then remove the toxins using Brilyn Retrofit and follow environmental
standards such as Leed. Then when you have
converted your home it will be a home that can be afforded by the young
cause they won't be bogged down with paying high bills every
month. You can sell it to them for the price you are asking and
know that they will be able to keep it without going bankrupt.
Then take your money from the sale and do something good with it like retrofit another house the same way.
Stop listening to those who only support the fossil fuel and toxic
industries like the EPA who continues to force an agenda that only
props up the dirty industries by telling you to buy mercury laden
lightbulbs and stuff toxic pink insulation in your homes. Anyone who has fallen for the
high efficiency oil furnace scam knows that options like these give no
returns on investment
Slating an R2000 home as green because it is R2000 is
ridiculous if that same home is stuffed with toxic pink insulation and
toxic shingles and if it is going to offgas for two years.
In Nova Scotia we have a company using old jeans for insulation. How
is this green? Have you ever found a pair of old wet blue jeans
that had been lying around for a few days. Moldy right? Why
are we not promoting insulation such as Roxul, which is a mineral
fiber. If it gets wet it can be dried out and used again, with no loss
to it's R value and no toxins to offgas.
Kudos by the way to Chronicle Herald having the weekend home report
and
now showing a young man becoming involved in building houses in Bedford
with geothermal systems. This is the type of show we need to
watch and the type of people we need to support.
4. Technology Sector Should Promote Green Technology
The technology sector has been unveiling some pretty amazing things and
again they make leaps and bounds to eliminate our carbon
footprint. In Canada GE is unrolling a huge self sustainable
factory manufacturing organic LED's, TV's and lighting but it seems the
retail sectors are missing the boat by not promoting these products.
You don't find them in your local retail stores, or in the news and you
can't find information about them from the many environmental agencies
that are funded by our government because these agencies just keep
pushing the old mandates so they can keep getting the funding. Even the
EPA members will tell you if there is no environment to protect they
will lose their jobs, so they keep it going round and round to keep
getting their paycheques for doing nothing.
Even our local computer stores who are still suffering from having to
live with such low markups on hardware will not sit down and look at
it. You the consumer are getting ripped off again by these
wasteful morons who just want to take your money.
We have all the products you need for solar PCs but nobody in Canada is
promoting them. They just keep on promoting the same old junk
basically allowing and promoting the toxificaton of the planet in
places like here and in China. These are people who have known
about green recycling for years and they won't adapt, and the
government won't insist they follow the steps to get these products out
of our environment and start selling Green PCs and mainboards.
For people not wanting to adapt to a cleaner and brighter future one
can only determine they must be banking on getting investment from the
oil and gas industry or the power company. There are a lot of
people getting paycheques from these industries and they don't want
anything to change.
At Brilyn, we have tracked the computer industry since the days we
owned our own computer store and since the Y2k scam, and we still track
it because we build our own systems. We have found that there is
no one out there that either knows how or that will build a non toxic
system for us, yet the components are readily available from well known
manufacturers like ASUS, Shuttle, and EU. Bio polymer
boards, circuits and even GE's non toxic LEDs. We can buy these
products now, use them for as long as we may and then ground them up
and buried in the earth when we are done.
5. Manufacturing Industries Should Promote Products That
Are Non Toxic and Products That Can Be Used With Solar Power (12 Volt
Capable)
Matrix, a perfect example of a company making the products we need to
reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It's too bad that appliance
companies such as Inglis and Moffat are not taking advantage of the
products available such as 12volt compressors for refrigerators and
freezers. If consumers want to be able to run cleaner 12 volt DC
power in their homes anytime soon, they need to keep their wallets
closed until we get these products on the shelves. If the big box
stores are so laden with toxic products they cant afford to stock them
with green than they should eat the losses and start selling green
products or shut down and get out of the way for smaller stores to take
over. Consumers should demand that green money be given to small
stores that want to shelve these products. Refrigerator
technicians can easily retrofit an existing refrigerator with an energy
efficient 12 volt compressor.
6 Make Green Washing Illegal
Many retailers these
days use the term "Green" to try and promote themselves as being
concerned with the environment. This is great if they are going
to truly do it. A perfect example is Canadian Tire. They
once sold a low tox antifreeze from Prestone. We thought, wow this
great, and bought a few bottles to give it a try, yet on our second
trip back we were told that they did not sell this product anymore and
our only choice of alternative was back to the same old toxic
brands. If a store is going to pronounce it's "greenness" to the
public then they should be sure they are going to be able to follow
thru with the products. Otherwise this becomes quite similar to false
advertising.
